Default Support Learners with Communication and Interaction Needs

Hi Everyone

This is my first post

I am doing the specialist support for teaching and learning in schools, level 3 diploma. I have done 13 out of 14 assignments and now that I am on my last one my head is fried and i just cant think anymore. Does anyone know what to put for the following questions:

1.2 Explain the differences between normal patterns of communication and the specific or more unusual patters of communication demonstrated by learners with significant development delay, impairment or those having some form of communication or language disorder:

1.3 Explain the interaction between delayed language acquisition, cognitive development and sensory deficit:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi a warm welcome to the site.

Talkingpoint will help with usual norms of children's communication and language development alongside Development matters and any literature your tutor has provided. Have you looked at the P scales or other guidance for when development isn't following expected patterns?

Best wishes
