Hi Guys!
Just completed a resource pack on equality, diversity and inclusion and it has been signed off. however, my tutor has sent me 'WE1' which is also under unit 146 but I am so confused.
the first point is:
1) Reflect on a time when you have been faced with an ethical dilemma within your own area of responsibility when balancing individual rights and duty of care. How did you resolve this, what did you learn from this.
Has anyone else done this or is it an extra thing for me to do as I may not have signed it off in the resource pack.
I also mentioned an example in my reflective journal which my tutor is yet to mark off so could I use that as an example or try and think of something else as i dont want to keep repeating myself (although this is besically what im finding with this unit.)
