Level 2 TA course Support Learning Activities

Hi
I have just about finished this unit: Support Learning Activities and Im stuck!
The question is Identify 3 different ways that you could gain feedback from others on your practice relating to ICT/Numeracy/Literacy.
I've put class teacher in the sense he/she could observe how I work with the children but Im stuck on the other 2! Any ideas please??

the only things I can think of off the top of my head are:
-verbal feedback from class teacher
-formal observation by class teacher
-appraisal
