Diploma CYP level 3 unit 24 - Child Study help!!

I have no idea how to set out my observation write ups for my 'child study' part of this unit. If anyone has done this I would really appreciate some examples to set me on the right lines!

do you mean reflective account observation?
contact your tutor any thing that needs to be set out differently than essay format they have to provide you with, more than likely by email and you save it as template so you can use it over and over if needed.
