Help SOS pw lv4 unit 502

Hi can anyone point me in the right direction for these two questions please. i kind of have an idea but not sure im right.

3.4. describe the types of words, behavior and actions that would run counter to playwork policies and values?

does this just mean how you work with your policies and follow them. does it mean how you word them to make sure everyone who sees then understands what is expected?

3.5. explain how to address words, behaviour and actions that run counter to playwork policies and values

thanks in advance

Hi, where policies & values support diversity, rights, inclusion & participation words that counter those aims are usually unhelpful, focus on the can'ts rather than solutions, are closed or negative, isolating, insensitive, racist, they might discriminate, be abusive or anti-semetic. Behaviours & actions could be judgemetal, defamatory, disrespectful, prejudice, bias, attitudes that threaten, demean, segregate verbally or through text & image damaging individuals emotionally and maybe physically. This can all potentially deter or prevent parents & children from accessing play opportunities.

Reading in the level 3 PW6 unit is useful - on playengland
