help.......help.......HELP

I feel like im going crazy here and on a verge of having a tantrum!!

Explain how professional supervision can protect the:
Individual
Supervisor
Supervisee

I get with policies/ procedures, protecting the children by knowing the relvent Acts and so on.....but what else?
If i don't finish this by Monday you will all hear me crying and screaming lol

i think you are on the wrong track! SUPERVISION isn't about the day to say stuff on the whole it is about development? your staff should know about acts it isn't about training. its a huge subject rather like coaching and your setting should have a policy on it and clear definitive guidelines as to its purpose. If you search nursery world for supervision there are some excellent articles from pen green on implementing it.
