Default Demonstrate how to report and record information formally and informally

Hi all

I'm almost finished this unit but am really struggling with this question. I've seen people say that this question is one that should be observed but I'm studying online and dont get formal observations, I have to write answers and include evidence for everything.

I'm just not sure what examples to use here. I was thinking possibly reading records for the formal, and I have recorded results from assessments on the class tracking sheet, which could be formal (?) but obviously I can't copy all of this information to include in my assignment, as its all confidential.

Just wondered if anyone else had a similar problem, or if anyone has any better ideas of examples I could talk about here.
I have carried out pupil observations in the past -I'm wondering if I could maybe bring them into this somehow - guess they'd be formal wouldnt they?

Hoping someone can give me a little nudge in the right direction

I'm doing it with Study Mode Distance Learning Centre...it is really difficult as some things do need to be observed. I've got the teacher in my class in the past to observe me doing activities with children and write it up, but she has now left and been replaced by an nqt who just doesnt have the time, or the expertise to do this for me. So I basically have to write examples for everything - this one just has me a bit stumped!!
