Hi, it might of been a time when you interacted with a parent, a child or a colleague about a child.
An assessor might of seen you in discussion with one of those groups and you might of been ..
Meeting a vegetarian parent's request to not serve meat or gelatine made jellies for a mealtime - checking any dietary lists, confirming needs with colleagues and being aware of the impact that any derisive comments made on an individual or famillies lifestyle choice could have on the ethos, aims and legal compliance of the setting.
It might of been a time where a parent came to talk to you about their child's toileting experiences and how you were supportive rather than dismissive, offered help in information and carrying on a routine in the setting that the child was becoming familiar with at home.
Other examples could be how everyone is working together to support a child's speech, individual interests, places a family's chosen to go on holiday to, hair care needs, medical needs
