I havent a clue what to write and have ti hand this unit in a couple of days time...Help please xx

Hi, welcome to the site, in the SCMP2 unit it lists concerns as including ..

• illness
• injury
• use of illegal substances
• emotional distress
• poor lifestyle choices
• bullying (either as victim orperpetrator)
• exploitative behaviour(either as victim orperpetrator)
• harm or abuse
• changes in behaviour

If you take each of those in turn and think about your setting you'll be able to assess if any risks exist and be able to formulate a way to remove/minimise/arrange other services to better individuals outcomes/life chances, well-being and resillience.
