EYMP 3: Promote children’s welfare and well being in the early years

I'm working my way through EYMP 3 and I don't know if it's me being blonde or not but I don't understand the following question:
1.2. Explain the lines of reporting and responsibility within the work setting.


I know I've got to explain the lines of reporting, but reporting what? the same with the responsibility bit!

can some please explain to me what i need to write about as when i looked in my textbook it's got about health and safety, but i done that for CYP Core 3.4!

It could mean reporting all kinds of things so just explain all of them they would include reporting bullying, disclosure of abuse, if you thing a child is being neglected or have concerns about them and also if you think things are not being done or procedures are not being followed correctly. Do you have your policies and procedures as these will tell you what lines to follow for all of these. In our setting are first report is to the supervisor unless of course it is them doing the bullying who then in turn reports it to the manager.
