Help SOS L2 009 enviroments

need some help with this one,
Explain why a safe but challenging enviroment is important for children and young people.

been working for hours and think am getting a bit of brain freeze now please help, thanks

children need a challenging environment to develop their skills, try out new things and learn life skills. it needs to be a safe environment so they feel comfortable and will be a positive experience
