Default CPD portfolio for interview

Hi,
Can anyone offer advice on what to put in a CPD portfolio for teaching assistant interview. I have been working voluntary for nearly year along side doing my level 3 teaching assistant course. The job is coming up in class i'm working in and teacher wants me to get job but just have to get through interview. The school like CPD portfolios so if I can create one it will give me the edge over other people (plus teacher will recommend me). So if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated
thanks
