Compare, giving examples, ways in which services for children and young people and their carers take account of and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion to promote positive outcomes.

Please can anyone help me with this. I have explained about practical ways in which respect can be shown for the different needs of children e.g. talking about different cultures etc but I'm not sure what to give as an example.

Should I put about nursery celebrating different festivities - we've done diwali , chinese New year etc. or do I just need to quote my setting's policies on equality, inclusion and diversity? Please help as this needs to be in in two days and I'm really struggling. Thank you so much.
