Hi
Strengths and weaknesses is about understanding your qualities and traits, which may influence your decisions, and therefore can be either beneficial or detrimental within your role in supporting learning.
This is a very personal question that only you can answer, you need to reflect and suggest ways you wish to develop firstly your strengths and then acknowledging your weaknesses and how you will not ignore them, suggest ways to address them, do you need further training, support, practice?
Good luck
