Help SOS Unit 029 selecting appropriate methods of communication?

really stuck on this last question, i understand but finding it hard putting it into words...done so much work mind gone blank. if any one could help would be much appreciated? Thanks x

• Say why you might select and use some other communication methods for different circumstances; i.e.
 Electronic communication aids
 Makaton
 Written communication, such as notes of meetings, letters, formal reports and personal records

Hi

for instance what if a child can't hear you, what method would you chose for this child.
Look at the question differently, e.g. Makaton when would you select to use this with a child/young person, why have you decided to use this method?
Think of children with SAL difficuulties e.g learning difficulties such as Autism.
Hop-e it gives you a few ideas.

Lynne
