The Equality Act 2010 makes it law that we must be prepared to make 'reasonable adjustments' to accommodate the needs of disabled people in our provisions.
If you look through the requirements of the act will will see that it is impossible to do what it says without having a positive attitude to disability which should be reflected in your equality of opportunity / diversity policy and the ways you work.
