Default diploma

a year?? is that if you are doing it as full time course? i am doing it along side work, i dont go to college as such, just a handfull of workshops at the beginning & now only see tutor to do obs in work setting. i have only seen her 3 times since i enrolled last oct! just sent unit info through post & expected to get on with it...no feedback...is this normal?

i have tried looking for other forums like this which cover my course with no luck

yep. you chose to do it work based or your employer did unfortunately many do, its the cheapest option BUT of course the cheapest is usually the worst. you pay for what you get. ALSO work based learning assumes you now it already and you just need to prove it, which is why you dont get taught. This is why NVQs were abolished and unfortunately some providers are doing the same with the diplomas but whilst people use them they will continue. i will ask DH he is a HSC lecturer and may know a good forum.
