Default Level 3 Early Years & Childcare from home..

Hey,

I'm studying Level 3 Early Years & Childcare from home and I'm a bit stuck on a question;

"Describe how to support others to promote equality and rights"

I hope this makes sense but I'm not sure I'm being asked how to support other so they understand how to promote equality and rights, or how to support others so that they feel equal & their rights protected..

Hope some one can clear this up.

Thanks!
