Help SOS ccld level 3 unit 337.1/2 totally stuck, PLEASE HELP THANKYOU

337.1.2. Liaise with professionals, families and children to plan the implementation of evidence-based programmes for responding to challenging behaviour in individual children

WOW where do i start with this, i have read it and re read it and i just cant grasp what it means or what it is asking!
Usually this would be observed, but as i am fast tracking this course i have decided to answer it as a question.
What i can sort of figure out is it is asking "if i have a challenging child in my class, i should be working with their parents and other professionals (ie speech therapist if the childs bad behaviour is due to frustration of not being able to cominicate properly etc) do develop a ILP to help the childs behaviour problems. is this right?? i cant think of an example

Please help me i hand all my work in on monday to finish and i am really stuck
Thankyou in advance
