this is all about team work and reflective practice. how do you ensure others meet the high practice you deliver and how do you support them.

cross ref it to unit 404 reflective model and also unit 401 working relationships you will have covered it somewhere in there that's what my assessor did
havent got my folder to tell you exactly what questions but im sure you will be able to recall writing about modelling good practice etc

almost there with unit , after ive finished this question , its 2 more observations and I can sign this unit off !
