Help please!!!

I am doing unit 305 and i am stuck on knowledge questions 243- that children have the right to high quality provision thay meets their individual needs and 244 - organisational strategies and practise issues to ensure equal access and compliance with legislation for disabled children and children with special educational needs within the home country. If anyone can give me a steer on these two questions i will be eternally grateful.

243 - The EYFS states that each child should be treated as unique. Each child should be treated with respect for their individuality and without discrimination. In our setting we provide a safe, warm and welcoming environment so that the children are protected and free from harm with risk assessments done regularly. We make sure all paper work is correct, up to date and signed weekly by all concerned e.g. attendance records, accident & incident book, medication records, and all daily diaries are completed ,read and signed by parents. We provide continuous play that helps physical, social and emotional well-being, toys and equipment are age appropriate and in good condition and we involve the children in decision making for the activities that they wish to do. All our staff have current CRB checks. We have numerous policies and procedures in place that ensure we provide a high standard of care and we are inspected by OFSTED to check that we keep the high standards expected of us.

244 - Within our setting we make sure that there is equal access for everybody to the services that we offer. The staff fully comply with the following legislations
Disability Discrimination Act 1995,
Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001
United Convention on the rights of the child

There are many organizational strategies and things that we do in every day practice in the setting to ensure that the setting is accessible to everybody including disabled children and children with special educational needs. The building itself needs to be accessible to all children and their families, to do this we make sure that there is wheel chair access into the building, there is a portable ramp which is used to get from the nursery into the outdoor play area. The inside of the nursery is set out so that there is lots of space for a wheel chair user to move around the nursery and there are toilet facilities for people with disability.
Some members of staff have SENCO training and all information from this training is shared with all other staff members. Risk assessments are carried out regularly to make sure the setting is safe and secure for all users, some members of staff have attended training on carrying out risk assessments. Our policies and procedures folder is available for everybody to access, the policies include an Inclusion policy as well as other policies relating to discrimination, equality and diversity and details on staff qualifications and training. Planning is based on the children and their individual needs, when planning an activity we also plan how we can adapt the activity to meet the individual needs of all children involved, this might include using visual aids to support a child with loss of hearing or just making sure that the table you use for an activity has lots of space around it so that a child in a wheelchair can also access the activity.
