Default clarification on pcs and knowledge questions

hi there

wondered if anyone can throw some light on this

If you have all the pcs for a unit passed off by observation and personal discussion do you have to then do the knowledge questions

Sorry but it hasnt been totally clarified the role of the knowledge questions whether they are stand alone questions to be answered or not

sorry if this sound confusing easily confused

thanks in advance

tutu i would welcome your response please - have pm you

Hi
you need to have every single PC and K signed off by an assessor to pass each unit. there should be a variety of assessment methods used in each unit. the ks are knowledge's you should be able to demonstrate to your assessor and she can use observations QAs RA or PDs to find the knowledge. she shouldn't just ask you to answer them as a set of questions, this is clearly stated by cache in your hand book BUT many do, lazy assessors. if she does then answer them to the best of your ability as extensively as possible and give them to her for assessing. good luck!
