Default K3m337 - K3p342 Unit 310
Hi, if anyone can give me a bit of help on these two Qs it would be much appreciated. Not sure what needs to be included.

Can you please tell me about the following for unit 310
• Requirements of the relevant inspectorates (ofsted)
• Using assessments of children's progress to inform staff development and improve provision

No, 309 is not one of my units. Have done 009 of the certificate in CCLD. Presuming i could cross ref with 309 as had a look at NVQ book and it links with 310. ARRGGGHHHH...not sure what it wants me to cover with this Qs.

I did 309 and had to answer near enough the same question in 310, I just cross referenced it over. x
