General question Some help please.. soo nearly finished :)

wooo coming towards the end now just stuck on a few this being one.....

How do you explain any foreseeable changes to the childs environment clearly and honestly, providing reassurance, explanations and comfort for any unforseen changes?

if anyone could help id really appreciate it pls xx

I seem to remember doing a reflective account on when we had builders into the setting, we had to use different toilets and it was quite disruptive for the running of the setting, I mentioned that some children found it upsetting and that we sat them down and explained what was happening and why we had to change to a different room ect....hope that helps x

happy child, we have builders in for a refurb at setting too, its been great for getting my questions done with regards to risk assessments, good luck with it x
