Adults : You can use more complicated language
Children: You must be more simple, clear and direct and careful about emotional situations that children dont fully understead i.e. death

In many ways there arent many differences
It is important to show care, sensitivity, respect, support, welcoming and acknowledgemnt with adults and children
You must value what everyne says, listen, smile and be polite

Hope this helps
Charlotte
