Default unit 403 K4D376 CONFUSED PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone

I'm currently working on K4D376-

Relevent research into the influences on how children develop and how this research may influence practice?????

and I'm really struggling with what exactly to put into it and how to word it. I've looked at the posts on this site and they all give some helpful guidance but when I look in the handbook all it talks about for this question is Birth circumstances, nutrition, exercise rest and sleep, genetics, stimulation and environment theres nothing about research and theorists which is why I'm so confused and I really don't know what to write.

HELP!

because this question isnt a theoretical one it is about the ways in which development can be affected. the research element is about how we know about these things like foetal alcohol syndrome , drug use, smoking, genetic issues, poverty, nutrition etc. you need to prove that you are aware of current research on these topics and the impact they may have on your practice ie poverty causes.........how do you deal this in your practice. it is not about development theory

thank you very much. Thats a fantastic help

I have wrote about these but just got a little confused after reading some of the other threads I didn't think it was about theoretical development and thought I was going to have to write lots more.

I'm very easily confused, it doesn't take much!!!!!!!

Thanks again
