last k&u...am stuck on how you adapt your practice to meet the needs of all children in setting including different ages,gender,culture and ethnicities, needs abilities and learning styles

Hi, hasn't this been covered during an observation? If not you could write a reflective account.

Have you been doing an activity or having a conversation with children for example but it wasn't going how you thought so you had to change what you were doing to suit individual children? This could be doing the same activity with different ages or abilitiesbut soing it simpler for some & more complex for others for example.
