It is available for any business sector ~ BUT I am not sure of the criteria necessary ~ if you have a project underway that possibly includes water recycling and innovative use .. you could ask for some guidance ~ CONTACT YOUR LOCAL UNIT ~ or indeed send them a general enquiry to ask how you may be able to take advantage and make an application from this excellent environmental funding organisation !
