Default Rewording things

Does anybody else feels that when they're completing the written work that they are just rewording the book?

I'm writing up a few pages on the legalities of working with kids and it's unbelievably annoying that I've sent the past few hours going through the Data Protection Act, writing up my interpretation of certain parts of it and when I open the CCLD 3 book it just looks like I've reworded whats been said there! How can my work look original when the book covers every little detail :rotfl:

I dread to go through the rest of my legalities document just incase it's the same! lol
