Help SOS Cypop22

Hello
I am new to this site, only have two optional units to go and I have totally hit a brick wall with CYPOP22 and I have no idea what I am doing anymore! My assessor is off sick and I need to finish this unit this week. I think I need somebody to explain the questions to me so I know how to answer them!
So far I am stuck on:-

3.1 Identify and explain current evidence based approaches to understanding children and young people's behaviour

and

3.3 Explain, using examples, how individual strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional and social development can be adapted to support children and young people with speech, language and communication needs.

Any help much appreciated, have been researching for days but am finding that I am overwhelmed with information that I can't really understand fully!

Jaimey
