Swot ???? helppppppp unit 304

We have to do a "swot" anaylisis, and I really do not understand what I have to do at all.

Can someone please show me an example.

I know I have to work on something I can improve on, got that, but how to do it ???

I not sure if my SWOT going to be any use to you both as I did it right at the start of my course and it may be totally different to what you require..
