Help SOS K3D167-driving me mad!!!!!

Hi i need to finish unit 301 off ,am very close but am stuck on this question.

How to balance the needs of individual children with those of the group as a hole?

any suggestions to put me on the right track will be gratefully recieved. Thanks

Look at how you plan activities - do you differeniate? how and why do you do this? Do you have alternative activities if children do not want to participate in certain things. Having a keyperson system in place ensures you know indiviual childrens likes and dislikes ect.
