how can you find out which are your weak areas and how can you improve them?

through thinking about what i struggle with or find challenging i can assess what my strenghths and weekenesses are and then depending on the area i can use sorces such as the internet to inhance my knowlage-i can use news articals to inform my understanding or even do training to get some extra experiance
