Default Why is it important to teach children how to protect themselves in relation of bullying and abuse

Can anyone help me with level 3 in safeguarding please the questions are
1. Why is it important to teach children how to protect themselves in relation of bullying and abuse.
2. The actions you would take if a child of a young person alleges harm or. Abuse .
3. The roles and responsibilities of the following professionals when a child or young person has been abused of harm. The police?
4. 6 reasons why it is important to safeguard children and young people?
