I hope you can help me i'm doing BTEC in Level 3 CCLD but i'm struggling to answer unit 2 positive environment for ccld. It in 4 parts ive dome 1 to3 but the last part is:A conclusion for your document that considers the value of legislation, policies and procedures in establishing and maintaininga healthy, safe and secure environment for children. You will need to consider the positive and negative effect of the legislation, policies and procedure on aspects of children’s health, safety and security in the childcare setting and make reasoned judgements about their effectiveness.
