hi everyone hope all is well. I need a little guidance. i'm writing a reflective account on the differences as an employed T.a and a volunteer when sharing information within school . . . . .any ideas PLEASE.... Many thanks:blush:

i put how my actions could influence the children eg
sen eg needing to be calm in class and give child more time to do work may need words changed to understand them ,
multi cultrial backgrounds eg skin colour or being racist
female -female interaction in class eg might feel inscure in a class with male teachers
