level 2 Unit 122 medical and social models

Please help i'm nearly at the end of my ccld level 2 i have completely drawn a blank on
unit 122 outcome 1.3 outline how each model (medical and social) has developed and evolved over time
and
unit 122 outcome 1.4 give examples of where each model of disability may be used in service delivery

I'm on the edge now... it's such a small unit 2 outcomes
then i've got the whole of unit 120 to complete by middle of March then i'm done until I begin level 3 what fun
