Hi, this leaflet from the DOH - Department of Health is good - Complementary feeding

There is also good information on Direct.gov.uk - Children's health

And from Food.gov.uk there is: What to feed baby,

Feeding Toddler and Pre-schoolers leaflet from Nutrition.org.uk

For more general information and knowledge about nutrition you can take a look at The balance of health model which is good for identifing food groups and what they contain - from food.gov.uk and the RDA section of CKS.nhs which helps explain what nutrients actually do for us ..

Hth xx
