Really need help with this

Really stuck on this question. Was meant to give it to my tutor a week ago and just been putting it off. Would really really appreciate any help.

Unit 067 – Professional Practice in Early Years Settings.

Explain how the following impact the sector:
• UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
• Equality Legislations
• Current research
• Social and economic influences, for example: work patterns, financial constraints / longer maternity leave etc.

its easiest to break them down do one then the next so research the CRC and think about what it means to our everyday work. you'll have to read quite a lot to make the connections but they are there. for example it says every child has the right to make choices so what does that mean to us as practitioners.

then the same with the equality act again you need to read it and apply it to your job

the next two are a LOT of reading but worth it as they impact on other units too. current research will be things like child abuse, reading (lots in paper today about children no having books) the new eyfs ( tickell report)

last one is listed for you try the CPAG website

be aware though that this is all research and reading based. and 'explain; means give good practice examples
