Is there anyone that could help with this question, How the development of children is facilitated by a positive and enabling environment & consistent routines.

All the question is asking is:
How consistent routines and a positve environment help children learn and develop.
It is important to have consistent routines to help children feel secure it avoids children feeling anxious and unsettled. With consistent routines children know what to expect.
This in turn has an impact on the way they learn and interact with others.
