Which book for level 2

Hi,

My name is Caroline and I am new to this forum. I have recently started the level 2 NVQ in CCLD and I was wondering which book you would recommend out of the two.

The one by:
Kate Beith, Penny Tassoni, Kath Bulman, and Maria Robinson
or
Marian Beaver, Amanda Booty, Jo Brewster, and Sally Neaum

Many thanks in advance
Caroline

Hiya,
My tutor recommended the first one and that's the one i bought , but she also told us to research as many books as possible. But the first one has very good info in it that does help a lot in regard to the work.

Hi,

I have almost finished my level 2 now, last few written questions to do and 1 more assessment.

I have had numerous problems with this book by Kate Beith, Penny Tassoni, Kath Bulman, and Maria Robinson (Heinemenn book). I even spoke to the publishers, it is full of errors and missing information. The published informed me that if I had bought the second edition and not the third... it would have contained the information. Also this book didn't cover half of the knowledge questions for 7-12 yrs, It only had approx 6 sections with ok info in. No ratios in this one either!! references pages for info which isn't even there or in the book..... but hey that is just my experiences with this book.

Hi I would recommend the one by:
Kate Beith, Penny Tassoni, Kath Bulman, and Maria Robinson. I brought it off amazon and it its really helpful. Go to :http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-lis...&condition=new.

I brought my book for £16.80 and the pp was free
