not sure if i'm on the right track with this one but here goes........i'm not one for confrontations and things....however i had a problem with a parent of a child i work with and didnt agree with something she said in front of others, normally i would just ignore it and let it go because of the confrontation. however another colleague had over heard what she said and told me i should do something about it because i felt it was in appropriate. so i went to my line manager and put a complaint in, they had it dealt with and i got an apology which made me feel much better...........do you think i could use this as reflection on the way i handled it?? thanks for any help or suggestion that you can give me as this is my last unit
and i only have a few pc's and ks's left
