Default Started course in September... advice needed

Hi,

My college class has been set approx. 5 essays so far and about three quarters of the class are constantly being told we either need to re-write or expand our essays several times. On average our re-written essays are about 10 pages long - does this seem the same as you? About 3 or 4 people are on the verge of quitting and our tutor isn't being very supportive. Does anyone know how we could get our work looked at/re-marked by another tutor? If anyone has any other advice I would be greatful to hear it.

yes you need to contact CACHE or city and guilds whoever you are doing it with and challenge this
level 2 is simple and straightforward tho not easy but shouldn't demand a 10 page essay i bet you have someone who normally teaches level 3 and is expecting too much. do it straight away. you should also have been given the name of your internal verifier you can and should talk to her

Thank you. Do you know the appropriate contact details for City & Guilds? for this type of enquiry is it learnersupport@cityandguilds.com?

I'm going to try and find out who the internal verifier is too.

Is it allowed, that if there are there any tutors or assessors on here that would mind to have a look at a small portion of my essays and give their opinion as to whether there is enough detail or whether I'm on the wrong track entirely?
