Help Unit 404 - K4D820 please!

Hello again,

Can anyone point me in the right direction with this one please -
K4D820 - how to assess further areas for development in your skills and knowledge through reflection, feedback literature searches, review of theory, including current and emerging research?

I would be grateful for any pointers especially from those of you who have completed this unit.

hi there i havent done this unit yet but just wanted to ask the question is this your last unit . only asking because some of us on her have done it before our optional units only for it to be put on the back burner so to speak most assessors require you to do this last as it is REFLECTING - sorry if this is info you already know

good luck with it i am dreading that unit the most not a very reflective type of person

No its not my last unit unfortunately. I must say I haven't found this unit too bad so far. If anyone can help with this one I would be v grateful. thanks!

i did unit 404 before i was supooed to too my assessor said she should have explained that as its about reflection it should be last but she said it wasn't a problem i could still use it.

for k4d820 i wrote about using personal development plans and talked about Kolbs learning styles definitions and descriptions
