Default specific zero tolerance policy

I was recently on a health and saftey course and the provider recommended that we have a specific zero tolerance policy ......I have looked at our safeguarding policy and parent in partnership policy...I was wondering if anyone else has a separate policy and can anyone give me a good idea of how to word it? thanks....
