Well yes i am stuck again, can anyone help with this one
How learninging through reflection can increase professional knowledge and skills. I HAVE SEACHED ON THE FORUM CAN'T FIND AN ANSWER
And theres me thinking 303 was hard, is there going to be any light and the end of this tunnel :

This something you probably do daily - in life as well as work!!

for example - when doing activities when you evaluate you ask yourself what went well (or wrong) what can I do better next time? reflection - you may even find a book/magzine to imporve knowlege or ideas increasing knowlege.

Can be any area of practice - for me this week one that stands out for me was - in the cold weather it was taking ages to get all the children coat/hats on.. so I asked myself how could we change it..... I also asked a few people from other settings what they do - therefore increasing my own knowledge of good practice
