Hi welcome to the site. This is about how you help the teacher plan for children's learning.

Does the teacher give you any guidance as to the aims of each lesson and activity?
Do you have meetings with the teacher so you know what you're meant to be achieving in supporting each child?
Do you fill in any assessment sheets before or after about the targets children have reached or working towards?
Do you make observations about how well things went and if there were any difficulties?
Do you make suggestions about planning tasks or activities using what you know about a child?

Hth
