Hi, if you have the level 2 heinemann handbook pages 50 - 75 underpin this criteria

You'll need to look at your commitment at helping children have the best outcomes possible - ECM 2003. Your duty of and to care, your duties and responsibilities and your role that impacts and influences everyday practice.

Other professionals have the knowledge, experience and resources that your setting may not have, they can access those when everyone shares appropriate information and are commited to ensuring children have opportunities to suceed, be safe, healthy, happy and contribute to their own life with ideas, suggestions and to others by talking about their ideas and suggestions.

Multidisciplinary teams are professionals from different areas coming together to pool their knowledge, experience and resources around a child's own voice and their needs.

Colleagues that work with you day in and day out observe children's development and learning as do colleagues in children's other settings. By sharing information everyone is able to to support a child by working together - identifying needs, attending meetings, listening to children, finding solutions.

If you speak to your tutor they'll help you find examples from your placement/workplace to use as evidence.

Hth, best wishes
