Default Unit 202 - Scenarios

Hi, I've been given different scenarios where I need to list my response to the situation, who I shall need to tell and what action to take. I'm stuck on the following, it's probably so simple but i've a complete mind block. Any help would be greatly appreciated xx

Allegations against a member of staff

Mr O’Shea is a teaching assistant in the Year 6 class. Before the start of an ICT lesson, the pupils are talking about how many ‘friends’ they have on a social networking site (e.g. Facebook, Bebo, MySpace).

Alisha, one of the more mature pupils in the group, announces that she has over 200 ‘friends’ and that one of them is Mr O’Shea. She adds that she has seen recent photographs of Mr O’Shea, his wife and their newborn baby on the site.
