Help SOS Acts of parliament

Hi,

I have started CCLD recently and have no clue about what goes on in parlament. One of the questions I have to asswer is:
"What 2 acts of parlament give guidence on how adults should work with children of differente age groups?"
Can anyone help? I have googled for about an hour and have come up with nothing!
